I'm having trouble uploading

I would rather not get warned, and be unable to download from the site after my first week of being here, so my problem is this.
I am uploading two torrents that I got from this site, and one is the Queen's Blade series, I am uploading .1 mb every half an hour or so, and the Street Fighter movie I got hasn't uploaded anything in the past hour. I have a 4 mb connection, which isn't to good but the upload speeds on all my other torrents are much better than this. Coud someone please direct me to the problem and help sort it out?

Take a look at the second half of my response to you over here, if you haven't already.

tldr: You're seeding seed-saturated torrents.  Street Fighter doesn't even have any leechers.

Also, you seem to be a bit less fail than a lot of the people who swing through here, but you should really take a quick browse/search through here, and give the wiki a good readover.  Seriously, we mean it.
