32-bit is limited to a bunch of things.

3.5GB RAM is also correct. Go 64-bit if you want to use all of the RAM that you have.

For windows 7's release, Microsoft released an official "OS-Tan" mascot for the software (which have originally been fan-made) complete with a full windows sounds package among other things.

I put the link to the article that has a link to the torrent cause I'm not sure if we can link to other torrent sites.

Yeah its funny, but it adds sounds for some things such as minimizing and restoring windows, which got annoying after a while. You can disable any sound you want in the sound options though so it wasn't a problem.

First, there was a thread about this already: http://forums.bakabt.me/index.php?topic=20987.0. Please do a search next time.(if a mod could merge those topics or something, it would be nice Thank you.)

Now then, in addition to the launch theme, there are now 5 new themes, made to promote Microsoft's Bing search service. You can get them here. So if you're bored with the original one, you can try those for variety.

I could get used to it, but sometimes she just makes the "chin" sound randomly. >_>;

I'm just sitting here browsing and "chin!"

Dubya tee eff...

I just went ahead and went into the sound personalization and removed that particular sound. Everything else is something I can get used to.

Really, though I think this is a smart move on Microsoft's part. Not that the Japanese really needed much prodding to move to Windows anyway, but this'll reel a few otakus in, I guess. The mascot they designed looks really cute, too.

Cute, huh?
