actually this is kinda psychological effect. When people join on BBT they learn that best is the best (of course 
) and what is not allowed on BBT, they wont take them.
I give an example of myself: Dattebayo's and ILA's stuff is not allowed here on BBT so I dont want to have any of their releases. I kinda "tag" them as a bad releases and think they are horrible...
Also if some serie is licensed, say FUNi, I wont download it (im not afraid that they would send me any C&D letter or warnings that "DELETE ALL OUR LICENSED SERIES OR WE FALCON PUNCH YOU!!") of course there is some series that I wanted to have (ex. claymore which was extremely good)...
So you won't download anything that's blacklisted/on the list by BakaBT...? I didn't know Funi was famous for sending c&d's to private people. 
Then why won't you get anything that's blacklisted by BakaBT? Do you think they would leave you alone just because you don't have anything that's blacklisted by BakaBT? Of course, if we assume downloading fansubs will get you in court.

Well I wouldnt say they would leave me alone if I dont download their licensed series. Im sure they wont notice me in this big world, if I download one of their titles.. Also I have kinda tagged their licensed animes awful (mostly only the dubs.. whether the anime includes eng dub, I straightly change them to original jap dub)
But there still comes a little exception for that rule. One of my friend is also "anime-freak" (well Im too kinda a small anime-freak..). Also he have downloaded some of FUNi's licensed series (I think he doesnt even care if the serie is licensed.) and recommends me some of the series. Usually I carry my USB memorystick/external HDD with me when I go him so I can take some of series what he have downloaded.. Then I just suddenly start to like the serie, even though I later notice that FUNi/other company (mostly I avoid FUNi's and ADV's (dont remember what is its new name) titles) owns it..

I hope not, there's nothing wrong with DB's, they just lack when it comes to video quality. I knew them before I knew BakaBT, but I doubt I'd think they were bad just because BakaBT didn't allow. It does say "disagreed fansubs" in the wiki if I'm not wrong.
thats what I meant. When someone doesnt like it, I dont like it eather. But the funny thing is that I havent even watched ANY of their releases..
