I've been looking for the 113 episode series for ages now, and i think this is probably the best place to ask.

I'm aware that it's unlikely that it'll ever become available, since it looks like nobody's subbed it, but it's worth a try.

Space Pirate Captain Harlock and Arcadia of My Youth movie/series are set within the continuity I believe

You didn't read his post, did you? There are sometimes people here who have versions of things not listed on anidb, or who are willing to start subbing something if they can find a few others to assist.
