its actually good that they are that strict.. because if there wouldnt be any rules for avas/sigs, people would just use retardetly large sigs and their size would be retardetly large

and I do thinktgat there should be a limit... Just kinda strict... Putting too much text in a sig is like spam -_- and why would you even allow text in an avatar...
