Hi all,

I am making a desperate request for Shuten Doji:

Since ILA releases are not allowed, could somebody please try uploading the AniMecha release?

I would really really appreciate it if somebody could help me out (Have been stuck on this series at 85% for months now)

In that case will have to go with AniMecha as you suggested (modified first post already)

I can offer the AniMecha release, but if you've seen (part of) the ILA release the AM one will perhaps disappoint.
Not saying all ILA releases are top notch, but still...

Sorry to bump this thread after so long, but the recent change in allowing [ILA] releases makes this relevant again. Judging from the comments from macros74, the ILA version may potentially be better than the AM one. I know that the ILA version that I've been stuck at for well over a year at 85% is about 700 MB per episode, and the AM one is much smaller, hence probably less visual quality. I can't, of course, speak for the subtitles; I haven't heard great things about ILA subtitle quality, but maybe the subs were ripped from the DVD? I'm not sure, as I haven't been able to watch it yet  But maybe now that version could be uploaded on BakaBT?  If I could renew the above humble request...

Looking at the above, I think that maybe the AM has a slightly stretched aspect ratio. (Mostly judging from the last screenshot.) Detail-wise... I don't know. The ILA one looks a little less patchy, and the colors aren't quite as cartoonish (see #3 and #4 for that). Ugly yellow subs... Yeah...
