How many times do you actually ever see a good guy actually winning in REAL LIFE.
Several times. =^.^= To be honest I haven't lost in a single time to a "bad guy" - thought I don't think them as a 'bad guys'.
I have worked as a security guard - don't get me wrong. I'm a small person and I believe my strength is in there where the 'enemy'/'bad' person pities me and my physical strength -- cause it's true
I have handled violent and narcotic ppl in festivals and in bars. And what I've learnt: it doesn't depend on your physics, but in your self-confidence, attitude and the spirit what you have: The idea/thought that you can handle that situation where you are in that particular situation and how your brain working goes . Of course I'm scared all the time; but it's not that.
For example this random and light situation:
We were drunk and having fun with my friend - walking down the street. My friend noticed a familiar face and started to shout to him in inappropriate way. The words he used were kind-off "inside jokes". The guy shouted back: "come here to tell it". My friend shouted back: "you come here!". And the guy came to us obviously pissed. To be honest, my friend was so drunk (and full of himself in he's drunkenness) and he started to bluster.
I was standing behind that big guy, watching up to he's large neck where laid a tattoo: "Beat Me Down" while they argued. He's appearance really was scary (I was honestly scared of him -- he had clearly experience of street fighting cause of bruises in he's face, knuckles and broken [thought already healed] nose). And he was a big fellow. The situation got worst when the "Beat Me Down" guys friends came to us shouting: "What the fuck is your problem". They started to push my friend around to provoke him to a real fight. In the end, there was three big fellows, ready to start to beat my friend.
So far it was pushing and grabbing in collars and light punching. Not so serious - more of "provoking" thing (this is what I was thinking). Before it went further I went between them pushing the guys away as well I was apologizing my friends behaviour. I said that I'll take care of him and they shouldn't get bothered about anything. As a small person as I am, they surely could beat me down in a millisecond. Instead they didn't say a word while I dragged my friend away, and while he was still shouting nasty words. My friend didn't suffer any physical damage and neither I.
And to be honest. They weren't bad guys. They were offended for sure for my friends behaviour, wanting to kick he's arse. And also testing how far would my friend go, ready to beat him down as well waiting for a real fight. Which would happened -- knowing my friend. Rather I would say, they were amused and enjoying about the situation and it's development.
My point is that you should understand the situation where you are. Understand people regarding your 'sympathy', 'morality', 'respect' and 'humanity', and prevent bad things happening before things get worst. So regarding my previous post, there lies the 'good vs. evil' perspective I have.
