Can't say anything more than "HOLY CRAP"!
But it'll be so much cooler because the Joker is old, meaning everybody is(though Quinn didn't seem,in fact she seemed as hot as ever).

Old? I thought he just looked beat-up? I mean, he didn't exactly get out of Arkham undamaged. ::)
It's so funny to know that Mark Hamill is voicing The Joker, although Star Wars was years before this, I would think that I'd be able to tell his voice.

Maybe it was not one of my best observations, but that was my first impression.Anyway, the setting of Gotham reminds me of a Batman game for PS1.You had 24h to save Gotham from Mr Freeze I think.God I loved that game.

I would go with beat up given the fact he has an IV in his arm going to a bag that looks to be blood, it's less noticeable because for some reason the IV is put in through his suit sleeve. Did anyone else notice the bumper car with what looks to be iether a cop or an Arkham guard's corpse in it, right before the camera went up into the (I'm guessing office) office where Joker is sitting in the chair laughing.
Maybe I'm speculating too much, but seeing as how the thugs seem to be roaming freely outside Arkham, and there seems to be a cop corpse riding around in Jokers hideout, perhaps this is maybe just phase 2 of his plan, that he started in Arkham??

Probably due to the cartoons and the Original Batman movies which were somewhat silly instead of dark... people fail to realize that Batman has a "side story" that's dark as fucking hell. Who here has read the comic "Arkham Asylum"? That comic was a total "holy hell" when it came to understanding the minds of the criminals within Arkham. (Mainly you're chasing the mind of Jane Doe) But it seriously is deep and dark. Great stuff. I was hoping to find more of those comics at my book store... but people snap them up so fast.
Some of that shit is close to mindfuck in the sense of detail. But you read it and go "FUCKING HELL! IT MAKES SENSE!"

Yes you are so right. The only one who comes close to Batman's darkness was '94's animated series.I'm a comic book fan,I love Marvel's works, especially the events from 2000 until now.But from DC I only would try out Batman.I have TDK Returns(both),and I enjoyed them. Also,I didn't read that one but I'll surely download it and proceed with it.
If you want comic books, order them from amazon.com.That's how I got them in Romania, were the simple notion of comic book it's kinda abstract. Most don't even know what it means(or do to a lesser extent),and those who do didn't ever read one.So few guys(even less girls. In fact, there's a chance she doesn't even exist)read them.
