Warning evaluation resetting despite fixed ratio

I'm really sorry for bothering anyone, and I've held off from posting for quite some time, but now my curiosity and confusion have gotten the best of me.  I've got a bit of a problem.

When I first got my bakabt account, I downloaded like a fiend and left it to die, thinking it didn't matter.  Recently, however, I discovered what a useful site this is and realized I needed to fix my ratio and be a decent person.  When I logged in, it said my next evaluation would be in 6 days, so I went out to find some series to seed here.  I've been working daily trying to find torrents with high leechers to seed, and monitoring my ratio has kind of become a hobby this past week.  While I downloaded 41 gb when I started, over the course of the week I've managed to upload over 50gb and increased my ratio to 1.3 or so.  It may not seem like much but I'm pretty proud of it.

Anyway, I was quite excited when my final evaluation time came at 1:40 AM.  However, when it came around, the 60 minute countdown simply reset itself to 60 minutes again.  I figured it would work itself out so I've been checking back every hour to see if it would, but no luck.  It has just passed 5:40 AM in my timezone, and it has just reset itself again.  I suppose it could be that I still haven't seeded enough, but I figured that a ratio of over 1 would do the trick...

Yes, I know that it is my fault for being warned in he first place, but I feel I've worked to prove my changed intentions.  All I want is for my account to reflect that.

My apologies if this is a normal occurrence and I am simply overreacting, and I apologize again if I have wasted anyone's time, but I really would like to know what is going on here.  And if I haven't done enough to redeem my account yet, what else do I have to do?

it might be that a staff member has to push the button manually and nobody is awake/available in the moment or the system has not yet fully recognized your improved ratio. in any case: your ratio should be enough to get and stay unwarned - good job! ;)
it might just fix itself in a day but in case you absolutely can't wait you can drop by in the bakabt support chan on rizon where a staff member will tend to you personally :P

It's a normal occurrence, it's removed after 2 or 3 60 minute extensions.
If it extends for a another week, means you didn't improve enough...
