Subtitles for Momotarō: Umi no Shinpei

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a sub file for Momotarō: Umi no Shinpei?

I have searched everywhere but can't seem to find one  :(

Also, does anyone know why the film hasn't been uploaded here yet? I can't see it on the blacklist.

Meaning no one within the fansub community has translated it nor has anyone done DVD rips with official subtitles.

Wikipedia would be the next place to look, to see if any company has translated it.  If so, the only way you'll be able to see it is to buy it.
