Raws...
« on: November 13, 2009, 03:47:07 AM »
I'm new to this whole raws thing and I'm finally getting comfortable with my Japanese and I want to start getting raws.

What are some sites you would suggest to find high quality raws and what are some good raw groups?

I did search in the forums and didn't come up with anything really relating to this question, so, sorry if it has been asked before.

Most shows are softsubbed.  Just turn off the subtitles.

Yeah I 3rd TT... If your looking for 0-day type raws, you'll have to get something like perfectdark. A japanese p2p torrent program. (excellent source for dramas and movies too...)

If video quality matters for you, I suggest waiting for actual fansub group releases anyway, since most good releases are encoded from Transport Streams and are generally better than the raws you might find on TT.

And that way you'll have a cheat sheet easily available if you can't get something ;D
