If your willing to cash out $80+ a year do a buisness like mines 15/2 and Thats basic Business class, 22 isnt worth it.
Hey dont fret!! the connection at my dad's is embark its 3/.5 and If i torrent it max's at 500kbps but it kills the internet for everyone but me. Comcast was quite decent. even on a 3/.5 connection I downloaded like 40g in week 2 months Isn't really enough.
Don't download random shows, download ones u will actually watch and enjoy. considering you said comcast sucks, your either on a 6 or 3? Just google "how to speed up utorrent" or be smart about it and open up the port your using if u havent.

*Queve Everything you want to Download
*Forward your ports if u havent
*Keep pc torrenting 3-4 shows at a time 24/7 (possible, I do it with a laptop so, possible)
*Everyones said this before, dont download directly 2 external

You want quality, not really "lots" of shows. be patient ><

Ask about the comcast business class home office special.  It's advertised as 16/2 for $75/month with a 1 year contract.
I get 18 - 23Mbps down, 2.5 up pretty consistently.
