I found it annoying at first, but if you hover over the icon, it'll show them to you clearly marked, and you can peek at them before you actually select it. It's stupid if you only have a few folders open, but if you have a bunch, it's easier.

Also, if you middle click on an open folder on the task bar, it'll open a new Explorer window and go to Libraries. If you middle click IE, it'll open a new Window, middle clicking Opera opens a new tab. I haven't really tried any other programs. Most seem to do nothing.

I enjoy the windows 7 library feature...
Other than that I'm not a fan of the main desktop improvements... Like shaking a window... Holding your mouse on the bottom right corner to make windows transparent... They don't serve a purpose... The windows on the right and left thing is useful.

I use the show desktop thing all the time to peak at my CPU and RAM usage gadgets.

True, with the removal of the sidebar and the gadgets no longer being required to sit on the side bar... it's a lot simpler now.

Lol it's in my taskbar in gnome.
Also... Isn't the aero peek thing not realtime?
Like whenyou use aero switch desktop video doesn't play...
