The saying is "the pen is mightier than the sword" in other words it is far more effective to take a problem through bureaucracy and diplomatic negotiations then to declare all out war... if only someone would tell the government  :)

not true nukes ended WW2 with the japanese not negotiations with letters and conferences.

Hmm I have a butterfly to play with here on my desk but bladed weapons are nothing more than tools or toys for me.
I used to make knife handles and sheaths before but I grew bored with that hobby quite fast. Though I have about ten of them made by myself.

what I was saying is that in properly trained hands, such as say Pakistani Frogman, a pen can be used to greater effect than a sword in improperly trained hands, such as say a cosplayer...
