I have read /b/on several occasions. It is where jokes are born and go to die, often very quickly. I prefer imagechan. All the lolz, none less of the creepy mind fuck porn.

There is a lot of weird stuff on 4chan, I'll give you that, but half of the time someone mentions 4chan they're actually talking about /b/. /b/ can be hilariously epic or cause you to feel sick to your stomach. Don't go there unless you want to have your moral boundaries clarified.
If you ever want to find something or have something identified go to 4chan. I once posted a picture of a firearm I wanted identified. Within a minute I had the identity of the firearm as well some background history. However, the thread quickly descended to people calling each other faggots - -;.
4chan, chaotically resourceful.
