Oh, so it's just an internet slang for 4chan. I went to 4chan and looked a bit. Now I deeply regret it. I think I'll just stay here if you don't mind. :-\

Be careful, there are somethings you can't unsee. Most of them are on /b/.

/b/ is the random board on 4chan... and it's really random... not in a good way.

Also the rules 1 and 2 really only apply to when 4chan raids something, which they do often (Oprah for example). Instead they usually mention ebaumsworld or something instead of 4chan...
