See 4chan. It's a wonderful place. Filled with ponies, rainbows, and those little gumdrops you used to have as a kid. (It's also Chiya's residence).

Oh, so it's just an internet slang for 4chan. I went to 4chan and looked a bit. Now I deeply regret it. I think I'll just stay here if you don't mind. :-\

/b/ is the random board on 4chan... and it's really random... not in a good way.

Also the rules 1 and 2 really only apply to when 4chan raids something, which they do often (Oprah for example). Instead they usually mention ebaumsworld or something instead of 4chan...

4chan's separate boards are refereed to by different letters, some examples are /a/ (animu) /w/ (wallpapers) /wg/ (wallpaper general/non anime related wallpapers) and /b/ (random).
