Decent laptop. need.

Its for gaming. so I guess. A DUO on 4gigs with enough GHZ will be enough for a reasonable gaming pc?
I cant even run assasins creed on this one... >.< even Over clocked from 1.8 > 2.3

Few games support quad core at the moment, and for those that don't often a highly clocked duo is faster than a quad.
But that's for gaming, and gaming is for 'tards.
Also, don't listen to Tatsujin for hardware advice.
Don't bother getting a quad in a laptop. Get a duo, or wait until i5 or something has become mobile.

Even the dual core 1.4Ghz CULV C2D(along with any dual core Turion) will run pretty much anything at acceptable framerates as long as you have a decent GPU.

This laptops AMD Turion x2 TL-56. my gpu is NVIDIA GeForce 6150.
