SriRacha is boss for asian food. But is terrible on Western food. For western foods, I opt for tabasco (Mainly pizza and subs).
But damn, I loves my butter and gravy.
Try these:
Slice of butter (like decent sized slice that cannot melt) + lots of pepper on a hard boiled egg
Slice of butter (not melted into, again, a decent sized slice that cannot melt) on a boiled potato
Slice of butter (Do I need to repeat?) on banana bread
Cook with butter instead of oil. You'll see a huge difference.
Slice of butter on chips (so good)
Buy a burger, get a gravy, and dip that shit into the gravy and consume. *drools*
Fries + gravy *Drools*
Fries + gravy + Mozza cheese (supposed to be curds, but meh) microwave for 20-30 seconds.... *drools* It's a POUTINE!
gravy + turkey (duh)
gravy + mashed potatoes (duh)
gravy + wings. (if dry, yes. If a saucy wing... no good)
gravy + carrots. Very weird. Hot and cold at the same time. Sweet and salty... weird indeed.
Gravy + bread. (duh)
gravy + corn.

Gravy + popcorn.... it melts your popcorn. Don't bother.
Gravy + chips... WIN! (Depends on gravy. but can easily beat out chip dip)
