Account Pruning Question

So, I've been doing some research and just need one thing clarified on this issue.  What exactly constitutes activity when it comes to the 11 months of inactivity for pruning?  Would logging into one's account every now and then be enough to reset the timer, or does one have to seed/leech something in that time as well?

Inactivity = not logging in.

Oh, something I've been wondering about. The pruning happens regardless of your position, right?

I think I read in the Wiki that seeding counts as activity.

Logging in also counts - are you saying you can't log in even once for a freaking year?

No, 11 months is enough :P
