I'm looking for a VPS package for a client. I need a LAMP setup, cPanel, good uptime, ~$30/month, and customer service that actually responds. Something like the Lin-VPS1 package here:
http://modvps.com/. I was going to use this host which I've used before, but since their sales team is apparently too busy to answer the phone or respond to voicemail, I'm not feeling too good about using them.
Anyone ever used Altira? They look decent:

I know how to administrate cPanel and basic WHM and BASH, but I can't say I have much server experience doing more than that and I'm definitely not going to need more than I know for this project at least.
