I got reply from SPD, Since it was a school "incident" I have to wait till schools back in, and the officers there are now aware.
They got the serial #, also said if any 911 call is placed or a unit is found in any police thingy if S/N matches theyll mail it to me.
Lol, theres like 140 officers covering 1/4 of a small county.

You don't need to be good at punching, you just need to be good at knowing where his didgeridoo is. A swift kick should do the trick. However, I do not advise the use of violence :).

its a misconception to think you can beat the shit out of someone and not be in any trouble if your not in a fairly high crime area.
The cops are involved and while you may not be punished to the full extent of the law you can get stuck with hours of community service occasional juvenile hall time, and your guardians can be taken to court.
You can also have shit done to your school records that reflects badly on you if you are applying to colleges and such.
And as far as kicking him in the junk ide suggestion kneeing him in the balls its a much more powerful strike and has a smaller margin of error
