Every thread I post in, I post my own personal feelings. You know, cause it's a discussion board maybe? If the only discussion you want is discussion that praises the show, then why the hell would you need to even discuss it if everyone felt the same way?

Mate this isn't a w*nk over TTGL thread it is a TTGL discussion thread. Negative criticism is perfectly valid. What are you so threatened by anyway it's not as if someone having a negative opinion of a show you like makes you stupid for liking it. It just means you have different opinions. Besides I think that Esueldor has a point. Now don't get me wrong TTGL was a fantastic fun action packed shows and remains one of my favorite hot blooded Anime to this date. However (click to show/hide)Kamina was an idiot and died pitifully after overextending himself. And underestimating his enemy. I always thaught that was rather the point of him plot wise. (click to show/hide)He opened Simon's head to the both the need for courage and indirectly the need for reserve and the ability to accept other views on life than his own. I think that is what ultimately allowed Simon to forgive Rossui towards the end of the series. For that "aspect" of Simon's personality we have Kamina and his (click to show/hide)heroic but pointless death to thank.

For the record, I never once even said the show was completely retarded or that I completely disliked it in it's entirety. I will admit that in my opinion it is completely over-hyped and completely over fanboy'd but it's not a complete and utter fail. I did, and will re-assert, my belief that Kamina was stupid and died in a stupid way no matter how heroic people try to make it seem.

The show, as a whole, was an ok watch. Definitely not worthy to hit any of my top list however. Maybe if Simon hadn't gone into emo mode for the entirety of the middle portion of the show it would have been better to me.

But you make one comment about a character that didn't even last to the halfway mark and some people get so damned butt hurt over it you would think there own fucking pride was heart punched. To think anything different from the fanboys immediately puts you into the dunce chair free to look on the ants...

Thats enough man thats enough... i dont care anymore  what you post here i am off this thread it is pointless to continue discussing this.End of story and lets forget.....Kamina still was the hero though :) :) :)
