I was bored and thought i'd look up the voice actor for Louise from Zero no Tsukaima and I have always thought they sounded really close to Aisaka Taiga from Toradora and Shana from Shakugan no Shana. I ended up finding out they are all from the same person.

So my favorite voice acter of all time has to be Kugimiya, Rie because of pure loli awesomeness!!!!

She definitely has the winy loli-tsundere caricature down cold. I'll give her that.

I like underdogs, new to the game. They have something to prove.
I like Haruka Tomatsu (Nagi in Kannagi) and Megumi Nakajima (Ranka in Macross F)

They both sing the ED's and OP's of their respective shows and more.

Definitely my favs right now.

I admit she has voiced alot of my favourite characters so I will give her the thumbs up myself.

Personally though I just love going through and finding out what each of the voice actors have done. For example its fun finding out that Emiri Katō not only voiced Blossom in PPGZ but that also Lucky Star's own Kagami Hiiragi and Blair from Soul Eater or that Kaori Nazuka, the voice of Eureka from Eureka Seven, also does Nadeshiko from Inukami!, Nunnally from Code Geass and Shizuku from the current Kämpfer, just to name a few.

When you put Shizuku and Nunnally next to each other you wouldn't believe it. I find that very interesting and reasonably fun.

Its also how I pick new series to watch sometimes.

At the moment I am quite liking the voices of Seitokai No Ichizon and all of them are yet to voice alot so I am eager to see their new pursuits after this series.

Toshio Furukawa is still probably my favorite voice actor. As Ataru Moroboshi, just the way he delivers his lines or that insane cackle he does has, at times, had me laughing until I couldn't breathe.

Wakamoto Norio. It might just be that he is easy to pick out since he packs a very unique voice. Though he always speaks in the same tone of voice it never gets old xD.
The stuff he has done includes Alexander Anderson from Hellsing Ultimate.

She did a perfect Rei ayanami in eva and i adore how she did ai amano in video girl ai.

Seiyuu are very important to me, I watched numerous series just because my favorites voiced characters in them.
And some of my favorites would be:
Satsuki Yukino - I'm in love with her voice. I liked her since Saki Kasukabe in Genshiken, but only after watching Planetes and R.O.D. the TV one after another she became my favorite. I like her so much in fact, that I'm planning to watch Inuyasha one day, for the sole purpose of hearing her voice. And I watched some series just because she voiced characters in them. I think one of the reasons i like her is that she is great as a meganekko(R.O.D., Pani Poni Dash), and I just love girls with glasses.
Yui Makino - she's much less versatile then Satsuki Yukino but even if I only saw Welcome to the NHK, I'd still like her. Great, unique voice, and I love her singing. Go listen to this, if you haven't already: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sM3dw5Yt1kQ She really needs to get more roles.
Ryoko Shiraishi - her voice acting caught my attention in Zettai Karen Children, and I liked her ever since. For example, my favorite character from Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha was Miyuki, only because she was voiced by Ryoko Shiraishi and wore glasses. And yeah, she is another of my favorites that plays girls with glasses.
Maaya Sakamoto - great seiyuu and great singer. I especially loved her in Top o Nerae 2, and of course Kara no Kyoukai. Another unique, unmistakable voice.
But really, I could go on all day, there's a lot of great voice actors and actresses.

She's a favourite of mine to, I think the first time I heard her was in Higurashi.

I also like Hiroshi Kamiya mostly for his role in Nastumi Yuujinchou and Zetsubou Sensei.

Kae Araki, she voiced Miaka Yuki in Fushigi Yuugi. The english voice actors are really boring.

It's hard to find good English voice actors. The guys who did dubbed Outlaw Star and Gundam Wing weren't too bad I remember.

I'll just list my top 5 here

1.Megumi Hayashibara - She's The jack of all trades for me. Simply the best.

2.Mamiko Noto - I really like her slow paced voice plus she almost fits perfectly on her character role.

3.Nana Mizuki - My favorite singer btw. Anyways, She can do both moe and kickass voice acting which makes me a happy fan

4.Norio Wakamoto - The long "R" is putting him on my list hahaha!!

5.Kikuko Inoue - My eternal "17" seiyuu. Always loved her humble sister-like voice

Of course from non japanese animation I guess I would pick the voice actor behind Stewie Griffin from Family guy... also Skwisgaar Skwigelf and Toki Wartooth from Metalocalypse, both have awesome thick accent and put "s" behind all words

the guys who do jet and spike in cowboy bebop aint bad although the guy who does spike gets used for a few characters that dont fit his voice at all IMO
