Nvidia already has OpenCL support. I don't know how much of it is supported, not having done any developing on it myself, but their OpenCL SDK looks pretty well-featured. ATi just recently added OpenCL support in their Stream API (apparently it's been out a bit earlier than that, just not publically available).

The problem now is more of OpenCL 1.0 not being really optimised, and the initial benchmarks don't look that promising yet. Perhaps after a few more spec revisions it'll start looking good.
