There's no dual audio release available.

The best option is probably anime_fin (well, perhaps a comparison with Ra-Calium is needed)...

It doesn't appear that anyone has done a DA release, so your only chance is if you can manage to convince someone to do it (which is a bit of work, and will take some time).

Wow, I didn't know every dub sounded the same as Sailor Moon. My eyes and ears have been opened.

I have the Colorful dub... on DVD, though. And it's good, good enough to take the show to a whole new level of raunch and ecchi. I could grab HandBrake and see what happens; I might be able to encode something that's passable until a better release comes along.

I checked the UK dvd of this in store today. There is no english dub here, just Japanese and German :S
