I looked at it and find no need either, I don't even use the chat in my gMail account.

GWave got me all excited when I watched the tech video, but I realized that I wouldn't actually use it.  It's just really cool.

While I feel sort of inclined to ask for the sake of asking so I can have for the sake of having... I really don't have any use for google wave...
