Uploading new torrents is always appreciated, but there are generally lots of people who want to do that (with new releases). Dual-audios and old animes suffer a bit, as do mangas and soundtracks.
I believe that you meant that you have an upload capacity of 200 kB/s (bytes, not bits), which is significantly more than most of the people here. You can always put that to use downloading and offering things that are requested in the New Torrent Request forum and are easily obtainable (often by irc - E-D's releases are a good example). In fact, if you want something to do right now, you could help
someone who hasn't gotten around to getting a particular E-D release, yet.
Adoptions are always appreciated, and don't require you to have any specific upload rate.
Finding unadoptable torrents that don't meet our current guidelines, and then reporting them, is a lesser, but also appreciated, task. Extra points if you can contribute to fixing them a bit ("Hey, this torrent needs the keyword foo."). Improperly-tagged music is a particular sore point for me, so finding and reporting those (and posting proper tracklists if you can) will gain you much favor with me.
