Im surprised no one else has started a topic for this game, it looks fucking amazing!!! ;D I heard the name while browsing VG249 site and checked out some vids for it........the more i watch the more i want this game ;D It's made by the same guy who made the first devil may cry, which probably explains why i like the feel of the game so much. Note that the ps3 versions performance isn't as good as xbox 360. Hopefully they'll release a patch for it, but the impression im getting is that actual gameplay on ps3 shouldn't suffer even with the lower performance (least thats what i heard).

I saw a trailer for this some days back, and I agree that it looks awesome. If I had a 360 or PS3 it would definitely be on my list of anticipated games. Apart from a bunch of cheesy lines, it looks like a great way to pass some time.

man, it looks just like the devil may cry 4; I didnt like that game much...
Also, how can i fit a gun in my shoes? Can i put one in my hat and in my pants too?

I can't speak for dmc 4; seen pics but never played it. Anyway I've played dmc 1-3 and out of all of them only the original was truely epic (2 was a pile of shit, 3 was ok). Bayonetta actually looks like it will be as great as dmc 1, least i hope it will be.

This follows from Kotaku press-release of Bayonetta demo in September in Tokyo. Taking into account that latest ratings of Bayonetta for XBOX360 and PS3 are similar (for e.g. Famitsu gave PS3 version 38/40 when XBOX360 score 40/40) there is a good chance most of the problems with pre-release demo have been resolved.

Newest EDGE issue I am holding in my hands gave Bayonetta 10/10. For those who never heard of EDGE, 10/10 is an amazing score, there are like 11 titles who got a score this high. They tested 360 version though, PS3 wasn't mentioned in the article. :(

I played this game a few months back and I wasn't impressed by it.  I'm more excited about the new GoW coming out.

The premiss of the game was cool, but it felt very repetitive.  Though it was difficult in the level I did play at the show i was at.

Just to let people know the bayonetta demo is available for free download from playstation store. So far i love this game just based off the demo's gameplay alone. I could spend ages just working out the combo's ;D

i played the demo and.... that shit is crack!?!?! is crazy the graphics are alot better then most games and it plays really smoothly. it has a high frame rate the whole time.

i'd play it. sadly idk if i'd buy it since i usually dont get into female lead games.

why do people make issues about things like male/female leads? if i carried on like that i wouldn't be able to play some of my fav female chars in street fighter.

anyway, trying to get pure platinum on the demo on each verse. pretty damn hard, best i could do was get platinum for the whole demo chapter which ain't too shabby =P Great game though, im having good fun playing it ;D

I loved the DMC series (2 was the only one I thought was 'meh')...
