I have been trying to fiddle with the text on the left (I think that is what you meant to say in your comment?) and I may indeed increase the font size on it so that it is easier on the eyes. I was hoping to be able to just make a shadow beneath it. @,@;;
As for Osaki Nana, I have more specific reason for her transparency the way it is. She is supposed to be more of a projected thought of Hachi's rather than actually there. Thank you so much for the comment Hiiragi! ^_^

Here is my banner with fixed wording. Much easier to read it now. Characters again are Nana Osaki (in background) and Nana "Hachi" Komatsu (in foreground) from Nana.
