Cromartie High - The Movie

Don't know if this is the correct section but I'm sorry if it is not.

Would it be possible for this movie (live action movie based off the anime "Charge!! Cromartie High School") to be uploaded on this site?

I've looked for it everywhere but I can't find a decent torrent.
