If possible, can someone upload Appleseed (2004) HDTV (THORA) combined with ENG+JPN 5.1 audio?

The English audio tracks on THORA's releases are always a bit of a difficulty.  Since they aren't included by default, the majority of people will have the single-audio release.  In a few experiments, it seems that muxing in the English audio generates far fewer seeders than the distributed version, which we'd like to avoid.

how can I mux the 5.1 eng available in a4e release with thora's?
