OMG, I've just finished Zipang... I need... I need a SEQUEL NOW!!!!1111oneone1!eleven

I loved the series, but it can't finish like that. (click to show/hide)WTF happened in Manchuria and to the Mirai? And how does WWII end? I've seen several unfinished animes in my life but this is the one that bothers me most. I liked every part of it, the art (specially the planes and ships), the story, the voice actors, even the OP and ED were good. Despite the whole "time slip" thing, I also liked how the story is driven in a realistic way (with no fucking mechas) or other fantasy crap. It hooked me badly, even when I tend to watch drama and romance series. The only thing that put me off a little was the (click to show/hide)"we are from the SDF and we're here to save lives". At the beginning it was right to do so, but later... come one, it's WWII, no one is going to give you kisses and a big hug, just SINK THE GOD DAMN carrier! I was almost yelling at the screen in that episode. At least they do that after being hit... although the story was very good I would liked to see more things being blown up by the Mirai :D. The battle's animations were awesome. Too bad there won't be a continuation and the manga hasn't been translated :'(. There aren't more series like this either... the most similar ones include mechas, fantasy elements, lasers and more mechas. Well, I didn't saw a thread about this great anime, so here's one. What do you think? :)
