Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG

So, i'm looking for GitS: SAC 2nd GIG in 720/1080p dual audio.  Does anyone have this, or know a group who is doing this?

As far as I know, it has never been released on BD.

Download its HDTV rip made by THORA or its HD raws and mux in English audio from its dual audio release made, e.g., by a4e.
