Space Battleship Yamato: Rebirth

So, it is my understanding that Yamato: Rebirth is set to premiere in Japanese theaters tomorrow (12th).
Is anyone on the forum able to confirm that this is the case?  

I'm guessing that at least someone here is likely resident in Japan, and could tell us.  If so, what is the atmosphere like?  Is this highly anticipated?

And of course, once someone has seen it, please post your impressions (spoliler-free, of course).

Yamato was an awesome movie that I loved a lot, thought, I don't think it's related to anime :(

Whoops, sorry carniska, should have made that a little more clear in my post. ::)

don't worry about it ;D I was just thinking about 2005 movie as a 'live action movie' regarding your topic and posting it atm to "request" topic xD

Edit: Yamato 2005 movie isn't considered as anime related live action.
