damn, that pissed me off royaly too.. i was just like.. wtf, are you serious? That ending was weak as hell and honestly didn't make much sense on why they did what they did >_<
and to those of you pissed about toradora.. cmon the NAME IS TORADORA.. TIGER/DRAGON.. Ryuji.. Taiga? and if its not clear enough they spell it out the first epp ::)
I honestly loved the series, the only thing that brought it down for me was

Sure, we got the meaning of Toradora but its lazy to say that just because of the name they won't focus on the other characters. Now that I think about it, in the same span of episodes Itazura No Kiss did a lot more stuff better and actually took care of the secondary characters (and it didn't feel too shoujo). The love was also realistic.
Oh to be on topic,
In white album, Touya should have rejected (click to show/hide) Yayoi Shinozuka's advances but... sigh. :-\

(click to show/hide)They knew that her leaving was for the better since her dad couldn't keep paying for the apartment and she had to be with her mom now and we all know her mom wouldn't accept her leaving with Ryuuji. Now they skip a year, Ryuuji said in 4months he would be 18 an adult, I'm guessing Taiga is now 18 also since its been over a year and she was in her last year of school like Ryuuji. She came back to him because she loves him and he knew all along she would come back to him. It ain't a surprise it ended this way. Wouldn't you go back to the person you truly loved after you turn 18 and graduated already?
All it was, was to show they actually got to be together in the end and just skipped 1yr so you can see that.... Honestly if they ended it with Taiga leaving for good how do you think the viewers would feel about it? They wanted to place a closer and make the viewers happy.
Also ending with her staying with him would still leave the question of her mother..... Remember that her mom tried to take Taiga with her so they can live together since the apartment couldn't be paid for anymore by her dad. So if they ended it with her living with Ryuuji would be leaving things that were unanswered and can throw signs of a season 2 which seriously is not needed.
All of it made sense to me o.O Nothing was out of place at all other then the fact that no one, but him noticed and ran to her.

And Itazura no Kiss was a great romance anime. Everyone had their role and their own story.

(click to show/hide)Louise's inability to believe that Saito loved her even when he was in a perverted situation. It made for good story and comedy but how many times must the guy show that he loves you before you at least give the guy the benefit of the doubt. I mean he basically swears eternal love to her at end of season 2 but in season 3 he gets into one perverted situation or she loses confidence in herself and thats it, she thinks he doesn't love her any longer. Get a grip girl and take what you want dammit! >:(

they had a lot of novel material to cover in a very short amount of time. Some stuff had to be cut. I will admit that Ami probably got the biggest shaft though. Cutting the batting cage scene and some other stuff was pretty harsh.

its still really dumb and had me going wtf that makes no sense.. because

Yes she was losing the place and had to stay with her mom, but 1 year without any friggin contact? that makes no friggin sense and was just dumb. A few months to get settled in with her mother and gain her blessing, sure. An entire year with zero contact just makes no sense and makes leaving without any warning really messed up

oh and pretty much any time Ichigo opens his mouth in bleach. That idiot should have been killed so many times now but some bs keeps always saving him.
