Beacons could be a bit too crunchy, but bacon would be a good choice, I think. ;)

The Japanese have the strangest affinity for mayo.  Last time I was in Japan, I went over to a friend's, and her parents served fish topped with mayo.  Luckily, there were other things served prior, and I told them I was too full to eat anymore.

Mayo on chips, too.

If you can put mayo on it, someone in Japan will.

So gross.
