However, by "with Beacon" I mean the salad dressing itself is not the "Thousand Island" that most people are familiar with.
Is is instead "Thousand Island with Beacon", that by some divine act of God everyone I know (and you all also [appearantly]) don't know about... ???
The dressing itself comes with pieces of beacon. It might sound wierd but the dressing just has a totally most awesomely supreme flavour...

lol, yup thats me! mayo>catsup. I guess im European at heart. Im kinda a fan of vinegar too. I certainly wouldn't try replacing mayo with BBQ sauce like some of you are sugesting.
Im also just about the only person i know who doesn't Like Pizza or Cake.

Hmm... I don't really reject any kind of food...except for lutefisk, rakfisk or any other nasty shit that turns food into something toxic (no kidding...lutefisk doesn't only taste nasty, it also develops some toxic substanced while being drenched in lye )
But neither pizza nor cake is typically american... it just depends on how it is prepared to make a huge difference... you just can't tell me that apple-crumble-cake tastes anything like Sachertorte. (I like the first but not the latter... yes...screw you austrians! :P) and it also makes a difference if a pizza is homemade or out of the freezer or from some kind of fastfood chain or a genuine italian restaurant.
As I said...try comparing homemade mayo to bought stuff... and taste the difference :P

i immediately thought of sushi and how some Sushi bully chefs get really pissed off with the use of mayo with sushi/tuna.
. i.e. California roll / tuna rolls etc
