Issues with downloading artbooks (Free Leech)

I am having an issue with downloading artbooks and some manga that are freeleech. I am using Utorrent 1.8.5. When I attempt to download these items an error occurs saying " The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open"  I am not sure if this has been discussed on here before. When searching I have found nothing relevant to this.

I have also searched on Utorrent's forums and they too have no real relevant info on this ( and yes I tried what few methods I could find to remedy this issue)

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue and if so has a solution been found?

If the issue is solely AVG, simply check "Append .!ut to incomplete files" in the uTorrent options so it won't scan those.

If not, or you use different AV/scanners, try adding an exception to the downloads folder (if on Vista/W7, make that directory unexecutable to avoid the hazard of the exception)

If still doesn't help, disable any registry cleaners running in the background if any, and turning off the automatic indexing (in Vista/W7), and disabling "diskio.sparse_files" in uTorrent advanced settings...

I tried each suggestion. I turned AVG off and I still had this issue, however I then turned it back on and tried the "Append .!ut to incomplete files" and so far it has worked. Thank you Duki and Blanchimont for your help it was greatly appreciated.
