ANN says 12 episodes. Apparently 2 extra DVD only episodes are going to be released, so there will be 14 episodes. Things seem to be set for a little conflict, wonder how the last T.V. episodes will play out.

yeah, l'm guessing there really will be an S2, and hoping to it, the little bits of story they showed so far isn't much, unless tha twas intentional, to show a story of some war from a side view, not involving certain points. If so it would make sense, but l'm not gonna be satisfied with just that.

New episode is pretty good and a little revealing, looks like the last two T.V. episodes are going to change gears dramatically.
