From their official site:
There has been concern over whether or not we will drop Sora no Woto following CR’s announcement. Here is our unequivocal response:
* Nekomimi Fansubs WILL continue to release fansubs for Sora no Woto.
* We may use CR’s translation if they release their version quickly. (This was definitely not the case with ep. 1)
Please read the comments thread for Sora no Woto 01 if you want more details.
EDIT: We NEVER copy CR subs directly (we know other groups do that already). If we ever use a CR script, we always do our own translation checking and edits on the script as if it were nothing more than a raw translation. We take pride in our work, and we wouldn’t want our fansub quality to be dependent on someone else.

Them or Fubuki (who will take over where Hatsuyuki left of off and will probably re-release the first episode for consistency).
