So, Did you have too much "christmas cheer" this season?

[edit]Bombay Sapphire Gin is at least palatable, though I'm not much of a Gin man, myself. Prefer Vodka. Do like the occaisional Gin and Tonic, though.

I agree. Whilst i drank the Beam; i dont normally drink it, or any scotch for that matter.
As i said; i go with the sapphire gin or oyzo.
Considering you seem to be a scotch head; how is glenn fiditch scotch (or something like that). i heard it was good.

Jim Beam isn't Scotch, it's Bourbon.
Scotch is from Scotland. Bourbon is from Kentucky. AFAIK those are the only two whiskies with "special" names.

Glenfiddich is good. Glenlivet is as well. The Scotch I get most regularly is Glenlivet's Nadurra, it's a 16 year old single-malt Scotch that's rather strong (56.2% alchohol) but very good. Way better than Johnny Walker Blue Label.

I have never had Johnny Walker in my life and don't intend to.
Another scotch i had neat once that i thought was ok was Jamesons

ill agree with that cant really go wrong with a nice bottle of glen livet or glen fiddich.

PS - just got back from the bar me and 5 friends pissed thru 500$ at the bar tonight tip not included. It was happy hour all night and we got there around 9 and last call was around 1:30
