It is out on DVD. But there are no decent English subtitles for it at the moment.

It's been offered, what, 4 times. And what All_Sleeper said. Actually, the offer pool contains three of the rejected offers.

I believe neo1024 was working on this.

I'm ALWAYS nice. Well... except when I'm ebil. But I'm only ebil when I'm bored. Although... I'm bored all the time. Not that that's a problem is it? ;)

I believe he stalled the project due to the admin decision with regard to "international anime". He wants some assurance beforehand this movie won't get rejected outright before investing a lot of time in it.

I'm pestering ValdikSS to make good external English subtitles for the movie. IIRC, they are ready for the first 30 min of the movie.

Well, there are several different versions.

So far best RAW's are from [Yousei-raws].

The other version on the air is "cinematic version" aka "with talking heads", eg [izumi] release @720x576 (sample pic as-is from @00:00:06.344) with English hard-subs.

[Anon] on the other hand used DVD-screener upscaled to 1024x576, where they cut-off those "cinematic interviews". The video has watermark from "Molot Entertainment Inc." Subs are also hard-subbed. Other wise they might have the best subs available for the moment ~ haven't checked them properly (I've only watched it from here and there).

But yes, atm there are no decent subs available without those cinematic interviews or without DVD-scr watermarks and with ENG subs.

So if anyone is interested, you could encode [Yousei-raws] to proper resolution/aspect ratio, re-do & polish subs from [Anon] as soft-subs... or something...

Sorry for double-post - thread is getting down (or something).

I negotiated with our guys and we decided to work with this title. Be patient regarding release date.

We did the subs from Anon release, which had the most correct ones regarding the versions on the air.

Edit:

You can d/l the subs from [Feast-Subs] site, either as plain .ass or with the encode.

Subs are compatible with DVD disc 1 rips @25.000 FPS (subs are for "Theatrical" version - not to the directors cut which has interviews between scenes).

We are doing also the manga translation (which came with the DVD) with our Russian member. And we are providing HQ DVD scans.
