[Claymore] vote for anime continuation

There's a good chance they might have already been planning a second season of claymore. The reason why a second season hasn't come out sooner is that the manga off which it's based, is monthly, as opposed to weekly. It just recently passed the mark where there is enough content for a second season.

yeah, while I would love a new season (Claymore is my Fav. manga), the manga just isn't that far ahead.  It takes 6 months for a new volume to come out here in America because of how slow it is in japan.  It really sucks because I want to read the volume I have, but I know I will have to wait forever for the next one >.<

They really need to redo the end of the series if they think of doing a S2. I would guess that the current arc (which can be seen as the second arc or the second half of the first arc) will need at least additional six months. And then they would have enough material for a second season. But as AceD said they won't start airing a second season right after the poll anyway.

Claymore started going off track right around the northern battle arc which is issue 49-52ish.

They're now on manga issue 99 in Japan.

There is most certainly enough content for a second season.
