why not do the logical thing and tell them you dont know and have them look around at a site like new egg, and go a little over a site like that, or under depending on the margins your looking at and method of getting stock.

Stocks.....companie s that sell budget computer parts with the quality to actually "live" will succeed in this economy. Intel will win for the big companies looking for strong CPUs (Intel Core i7 ring a bell?) vs the average consumer who will buy the cheapest/cheapest+reliability, AMD. Currently AMD is not doing well in the stocks but you should expect a surge due to Intel losing to a lawsuit and "In November 2009, Intel agreed to pay AMD $1.25bn and renew a five-year patent cross-licensing agreement as part of a deal to settle all outstanding legal disputes between them." Also, Intel is being fined "Korea Fair Trade Commission issuing Intel a fine of US$25.4 million.". Probably ain't the best idea to invest in a company who is being fined/sued day in and day-out. My flame against AMD is that they are losing their market share http://www.cpubenchmark.net/market_share.html . If they do not pick up their market share quickly then they will lose their foothold in the CPU market, making us doomed to Intel's high prices+monoply. As with Motherboards and Graphics cards?
People are aiming for "best value for performance". Best example is the ATI HD 4670. It outperforms a 9600gt available at 100$ vs $80. 20$ difference means a lot now, 2-days worth of food.
GPU and MB Recs:
Aiming for things NOT at the top.
AMD/ATI=good for budget (aka, midstream)
Why not Intel? Who here needs 8 threads. For simple games a dual-core is perfectly fine. From Intel,E3300 vs 245 regor, same price, but AMD has 400mhz more, ValuexPerformance will dominate this economy as we are taking a downturn.
Why not Nvidia? Nvidia forcing MB manufacturers to use their specific chips and what-not forcing the market to be clamped, affecting gamers and the mainstream. Integrated graphics are set and aimed at the mainstream market to provide your everyday websurfing, ATI/AMD having a good portion of their chipsets/MBs with one.
Online Webstore? -My suggestion is to first start advertising like crazy (like wat I am now with our group) to actually get somewhere. Nxt, offer WHAT HAS REVIEWS ONLINE, with you linking to them. People will buy things that are reviewed so they can make sure their money will be well-spent.

suggesting people not invest in intel is fucking stupid, currently they make some of the best chips out there, the reason they are being sued is because they run their business like you would expect a cutthroat multi billion dollar business should be run.

Its not fair but it makes money thats intel
