Is there a way to find out why they were rejected?

Only from people who have good memories I'm afraid. Rejected torrents are usually kept on the offer page for about a month, then they get pruned/deleted.
I keep telling myself to start a database list with rejected torrents and the reason why they were rejected, but so far no luck... ;)

There's this forum thread though: Waiting for XX group anime, but it's kind of neglected.

IIRC, some video quality issues were detected in E-D rip.
