confused: you are a girl right?  your clothes look like something a girl from Shangri-la would wear.  lol

Nope. I used to be a girl... but now I'm a boy ;D

But I have to agree kilts definitely look badass

i agree.  i just don't like these damn emo longskirts..

I'll promise pics by the end of this week at most. This Friday I'll go with a friend to an "alternative" disco, the ones where all "kind" of people go ;D. He's bi, so he loves those places, but for me... only girls. I'm already seeing me saying "NO!" to all those "lovely" boys, hehe :D. I won't refuse to "lesbians" though... (those girls who like boys dressed as girls n.n)

confused: you are a girl right?  your clothes look like something a girl from Shangri-la would wear.  lol

That guy in the center of attention is Irish, right?
Mel Gibson with kilts, AWESOME!!!

^^ yes sir that is correct.  i am Irish so i intentionally choose that scene.
Braveheart is such greatness that Mel Gibson can do no wrong in my eyes.  :)
David Lean himself would have loved the movie.

I'm more like a boy who likes girly things and also feels and thinks like a girl. I can tell that by being with my friends... I have a somewhat more feminine behavior and personality. And before you think or say anything... I DON'T LIKE BOYS ;D. Not at all. Only girls/women/females :D. Think of me as a girl in a boy's body who only likes girls ^^. Maybe it sounds nice to you (or not xD) but that always brings me problems with friends. Girls don't want me because I'm physically a boy, boys don't want me because I don't keep up with their things, gays don't go with me because I'm not one, and girlfriends... it's very hard to get one as she'll have to like (even with "accept" I'm happy) my girly tastes and the way I am. Till now I haven't found anyone :(

I was just born with the wrong body (or brain :P). Yeah, you probably heard that before, but for me it's serious. I never had an easy life and it's very hard for me to try to maintain happiness. I have friends, but they aren't many and they often don't feel like going out (at least with me) or are "busy". Liking boys... that would have made things easier as there are lots of "boys that like boys" out there that want to be with me (I had two or three "proposals" already xD)... but I can't help it. My preference for girls is the one thing I can't choose to like or not.

Back to the clothes thing... technically gender bender is not what I do, as I don't feel like "hiding" my body. I just like wearing females clothes and doing things they usually do, like putting make up, "depilation" (Firefox marks that word as incorrect and I don't see an alternative... it's the act of removing the hairs from the body with wax or something, not just shaving, I don't know it in English =/). I say this because yesterday, browsing a crossplay forum, I came across with lots of weird things like voice changers and... tucking. OMG, I didn't even know the word, it's just horrible, I saw some photos, "instructions" on how to do it, tape... I had nightmares about that. All the things they did to their "thingy" to hide it and make it seem like a vagina... OMG HOW CAN PEOPLE DO THAT TO THEIR PENISES? I still can't go out of the "WTF?" effect it had on me xD. Wearing girly clothes is one thing, but doing all kind of weird things to your body it's worlds apart. I guess there are people for everything... ;D

Well, a bit long, hope you aren't bored by now n.n

You started the panties thread  ;D

We have a cross dresser on forums now, how cool. Have to show us a pic in miniskirt one day  ;D

I'd be curious to see. One of my friends from college used to like being dressed up in womens clothing, but only BY women.

And I'd have just said it was waxing. I still need to try having a professional wax... I suck at doing it myself

a friend of mine is precisely the same. He had a defining phrase for it but I can't remember what it was. However I do remember that it was abreviated to "Q.H." any ideas?

Transgender is the appropriate term. Gender is socially constructed, sex is biologically constructed.

Depends on whether the skirt is considered gender-specific.

so instead of 'girly' skirts we'll get 'manly' skirts, correct? ::)

That would be up to the prevailing societal view at the time. I'm going to predict that fashion will change (possibly to include skirts) before gender roles cease to exist, so if we take that for a given, it's quite likely clothing styles will be female, male, and unisex skirts.

after reading that long litany of poor jokes you should know the only
good Irish joke is about the 7 course meal.  a potato & 6 pack.

hands molbjerg a mad cow burger to go with his cup of tea.
eat & drink up dear chap, drink up.  :)

but it's not all bad the British do have James Bond and great music.

well; i personally think you should do whatever makes you happy; but the problem is many people in society aren't that understanding.
actually a favourite artist of mine called Anna-Varney Cantodea.  she was born male and although never changed his organs; thinks of
himself as female and is treated as such.   somehow she manages to never ever tour, rarely grants interviews yet maintains a good
following in Europe.   her song "Ein gütiges Lächeln auf den Gesichtern der Toten..." is the penultimate funeral song- imo.  (not including
Baroque composers of course).  woops went a little off track there.   but yeah feel free to post pictures of yourself or not.

Transgender is the appropriate term. Gender is socially constructed, sex is biologically constructed.
i think the correct term may be transwoman actually.
thread taking all kinds of wild turns.
