Thanks Lupin.

It isn't so clear.I do not believe that they just ended R2.I mean, they did so much fuss with the actual ending, and now they just round up and say that he's dead. And how many times didn't we hear from many that something is dead and the next day the sequel was released(not quite, but close).

Now,it's pretty unclear what will they be doing with the story. Also,it is unknown when they'll do it.
Sankaku did give us some options. The remakes obviously can only be imagined,bu the characters spin-off can easily be guessed. My #1 guess is a CC gaiden. It also might develop the history of Charles,VV,Marianne, making it a prequel. Also,I do hope for a sequel. If this happens,Bandai will be the best.
So,what are your thoughts one this?

True...I almost didn't even thought of it being possible but,as you see, keep in mind AceD's words

To be honest one can't really be surprised anything related to CG would be released eventually. They wouldn't miss a chance to ride on an existing wave.

Do we really need all these CG topics? I mean, there already at least two topics dealing with this "new stuff" speculation...

Who knows what they could be putting out.  I just they just are not trying to milk to franchise.  Because if they are, it will lead to a very disappointing sequal.
I have typed these words and you have been forced to read them.  Now you can go cry in the corner if you like :)

I'd hardly call a third season to a phenomenal anime "milking the franchise".

Is the creator(s) originally planned for it to be a season or two, then doing a 3rd season or a spin off would be milking the franchise, as the investors/powers that be see it as a 'cash cow'. That's not necessarily a bad thing mind you. Franchises could and can be cut short. I reserve my own opinion until I see it.
