I think it's more along the lines of, "Who created the internet as it is today." The military may have created the basis of internet, but it was the modernization of the internet via things like facebook, youtube, myspace, 4chan and all that garbage that has made internet the "lifeline" it currently is today.

from what i rember the Internet was made for use for American Military for fast transfer of data through Satlitte transmission [like 200Bps or less XD]   then in the 70's it was bring up to the general public for a try and it was a smashing hit and a good example for why the internet was made.


and im pretty sure the millitary consitst of the people. who WILL fight in frace, and on the fnets.
