Why hasn't it been requested yet? Thought that some members loved the Live Action and the anime series? ???

Well then.

I'm requesting Nodame Cantabile. The manga has 23 volumes consisting of 136 chapters in total and two extra chapters (Manga Fox lists them as 23.5 and 28.5). So, it's actually 138.

Which groups to choose? Hmmm. I checked Baka-Updates and have seen that quite a bunch of groups scanlated this manga. For further assurance I checked OneManga and Manga Fox whether their listing coincides with Baka-Updates... Guess what. No, they don't -_-

My suggestion:

volumes 01 - 09 BYAAAH
volumes 10 - 23 NCIS

An offer was made after ch136 came out, and the staff said to wait until the special(s) were done.

Specials? Which one? Do you mean this (Baka-Updates link)? According to both sites, it's still ongoing.
